I came up with this post idea because I am trying to workout as many as I can these days so I could be fit till the summer time.
Do you struggle with working out? You are lazy and have no will for it?
My advice is that you need to find motivation. Why you want to have nice slim body.
Also,you need to work hard for your body so,if you are shy and don't like to be at the gym I would recommend watching some workout videos on Youtube because they are very helpful.
If you are not in shape,you should start slow and then increase your routine. Try to drink a lot of water,eat healthy (avoid sweets),get enough of sleep and workout! That's the key of success;be persistent and never give up.
For me,a big motivation is music. Make your playlist workout and start!
